The purpose of this By Laws analysis study is to identify areas to improve and the missing area required to perform the Reseda NC tasks. The results of the study will be used by the Reseda NC By-Laws communities to create updated By-Laws for the Reseda NC.

You have been invited to provide valuable input to this process by reviewing and responding to the proposed working draft. Please take your time in reading through the draft By-laws and providing your feedback.

Pilot respondents indicated that it took them approximately 30 minutes to complete; however, you do not have to complete the review in one sitting.

This is a neigborhood improvement project located in Reseda, California, 91335. A strip of land bordering the Aliso Creek Flood Control Channel and Crebs Avenue, from Vanowen Street and continuing north to Sherman Way, it is envisioned to become a local footpath and park for the residents of Reseda. We need your help to finish this project! Contact Councilman Dennis Zine and let him know you support this worthwhile effort! Our plan when it is finished is to name the memorial walk in honor of LAPD Officer James Clark Beyea, a Reseda resident who was killed in the line of duty in 1988 while on patrol in LAPD North Hollywood Division.
